Mamtha received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. As a dental hygienist, Mamtha began exploring her career in preventive and functional medicine.
In 2023, Mamtha founded the Tongue Train community to educate others dealing with chronic oral health issues. Awareness, patience, and curiosity are the values which Tongue Train strives to instill in others. Tongue Train dives deep into topics such as mental health, and encourages others to take control of their lives through daily routines and trained habits.
